Packages & Pricing
We offer several different packages to fit a variety of budgets and event needs. We also understand that every event is different, and will do our best to incorporate any request or adjustment if needed. The Bustender is a truly mobile bar, with no electricity or outside power source needed – where we pull-up and are ready to start serving almost immediately with all the equipment and features needed for a top-notch bar service. There is a flat-rate fee for The Bustender (pricing depending on package and listed below) for up to 12 hours and then you choose the times of service you’ll need Bartenders to determine the service fee.
We also offer The Bustender as a stand-alone rental for events and outdoor “beer gardens” to licensed restaurants, taverns, bars, or properly-licensed festivals. No need for The Bustender? Don’t worry, we also provide standard bar services via Kitsap Bartending Services, with our same highly-trained Bartenders You can get more information and pricing on our stand-alone bar services HERE.
**Please note that, unless stated otherwise, our Bartenders are required – flat rate fees and service rates are listed with each package below – and The Bustender is not available as a stand-alone rental. Depending on event size and needs, rates for bartending services, travel fees*, and staffing requirements may vary. Please contact us for pricing on events larger than 225 guests.

THE BUSTENDER: DRY HIRE
Our standard package, where you provide all the needed alcohol and mixers. We provide everything else needed, including free set-up and breakdown, 10% discount on our standard bartending service fee, and all items listed below.
Services & Items Included:
- The Bustender – a mobile bar built from a 1973 VW Bus
- Trained, experienced, and knowledgeable Bartenders – with all MAST Permits (Class-12)
- Full Business Liability with Certificate of Insurance (COI available upon request)
- Event Alcohol-Liability Insurance (up to 2-million dollars)
- All State-Required Banquet Permits & Licenses
- 3-tap system with needed co2, tap handles, keg coolers, and cold-plate system for draft beer, cider, seltzer, bubbly, and/or signature cocktails on draft
- Bar Décor (BAR sign, display box, etc.)
- Biodegradable Disposable Tossware – 9oz., 10oz, & 16oz “glass”ware (example HERE)
- Bar Tools (bottle openers, corkscrews, pour spouts, jiggers, bar mats, shaker tins, strainers, etc.)
- All Needed Bags of Ice For Cocktails And Chilling Alcohol (up to 200lbs. of ice)
- Water & Punch Station (6-gallons of our signature non-alcoholic punch included)
- 1.5-hours of Bar Set-Up & Breakdown Time at No Additional Charge
- 8″x10″ Custom-Designed Bar Menu

Total Service Fees: $1595 flat rate for The Bustender (Dry Hire) + Discounted Bartender(s) Hourly Rate (price depending on guest count, service type, and service time) – see KBS bartending pricing HERE.
Champagne Toast: No Additional Charge with any package that includes The Bustender – Bartender(s) will set-up all included disposable “glass”ware and pour host-provided champagne 15-minutes prior to the toasts on a side table for guests to pick-up if they choose.
THE BUSTENDER: GOLD PACKAGE
A perfect upgrade from the “dry hire” package when you want to upgrade to true glassware (enough for up to 225 guests) for an added touch of class and also to be more environmentally friendly with minimal waste, a 10% discount on our standard bartending service fee, and additional features from our “dry hire” package.
Services & Items Included:
- All services and items included with the “Dry Hire” package
- A choice of up to three styles of glassware: stemmed wine glasses, pint glasses, champagne flutes, low-ball cocktail glasses, and stemless wine/water glasses
Total Service Fees: $2,050 flat rate for The Bustender (Gold Package) + Discounted Bartender(s) Hourly Rate – see KBS bartending pricing HERE
Champagne Toast: No Additional Charge with any package that includes The Bustender – Bartender(s) will set-up the champagne flutes (or disposable “glass”ware if flutes are not selected as a glassware option) and pour host-provided champagne 15-minutes prior to toasts on a side table for guests to pick-up if they choose.
THE BUSTENDER: PLATINUM PACKAGE
An all-inclusive package when you would rather have us handle everything including the ordering, purchasing, and delivery of all needed alcohol from a licensed retailer, an upgrade to true glassware, all premium mixers for selected signature cocktails, Bartender(s) included with pricing, one Cocktail Server to help provide table service, and all bar supplies/services listed above. Includes up to 6 hours of service and needs for 225 guests with a Hosted Bar – additional time available by the hour.

- All services and items included with the “Dry Hire” package
- Beginning-to-end ordering: selecting amounts needed, consultation and creation of menu, purchasing, and delivery of all alcohol, mixers, and garnishes.
- A choice of four styles of glassware: stemmed wine glasses, pint glasses, champagne flutes, low-ball cocktail glasses, and stemless wine/water glasses
Total Service Fees for Beer, Cider, & Wine: Averaged at $4,750 (price varies due to cost and selection of alcohol and amounts needed)
Total Service Fees for Beer, Cider, Wine, & Supplies for 2 Signature Cocktails: Averaged at $5,300
A la Carte Champagne Toast Upgrade: Averaged at $400 – includes all needed champagne or sparkling wine and all champagne flutes. The champagne will be set-up on a side table 15 minutes before the beginning of toast, for guests to grab a glass if they choose, while our cocktail server will help pass out flutes starting with the newlyweds and bridal party for weddings, or hosts and VIP guests for all other events – until all participating guests have a glass in-hand.
**Requests of “brands” of alcohol are accepted but not guaranteed. However, we will select styles based on your preferences if that particular “brand” is not available or within package options. Since the alcohol is purchased through a licensed retailer, you keep all unused alcohol at the conclusion of the event to take home or to arrange a return of goods.
